What are your delivery times?
Please note: All delivery times are estimates only given by the shipping company and is to be used as a guideline only.
AUSTRALIA: 3-6 business days*
INTERNATIONAL: 7-12 business days*
* Excludes: holidays, weekends, Customs clearance, our dispatch time, bad weather, local postal service etc.
What is your handling / dispatch time?
Orders are sent within 1-2 business days upon cleared payment. You will receive a payment confirmation email once your payment has cleared.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Paypal payments, credit or debit card payments (which is via the Paypal payment gateway) for all orders.
We do not keep any sensitive information such as credit card details as payment is done through a secured SSL and handled by Paypal system.
Will I be notified when my item is sent?
Yes. Once your order is sent you will receive a shipment confirmation email including tracking details to the email address provided. We recommend that you include your contact number in case we need to get in touch with you re. your order.
All items will however be sent to your registered Paypal SHIP TO address so please ensure that this is up-to-date.
What are your shipping rates?
We offer a low flat rate shipping (AUD $6.00) to anywhere in the world so you can order as many items as you like and pay only 1 low rate.
